COMEDIAN BIOS:

Frankie Quinones - The Mexican

Frankie Quinones has quickly become a Bay Area favorite. He brings energy and originality to the stage along with a fresh twist on urban comedy. His character performance and musical talents we'll leave you at the edge of your seat. Frankie has performed for our troops overseas and currently tours with the legendary Paul Rodriguez.

Yayne Abeba - Black

Yayne Abeba is known for gripping audiences with her tales of growing up as a first generation Ethiopian in America. She found constant humor in the fact that she was growing up in two totally opposite worlds; the old culture of Ethiopia fused with the young and rebelious culture of America. It didn't help that she grew up in San Francisco's Haight Ashbury. Hippies and Habeshas don't mix very well. In 1995, she joined Jean Shelton actor's lab. It was there that she received praise for the role of Denny (an 80 year old white man) in the original production of "Indigo Don't Vote".She was bitten by the comedy bug in 1999 at Tony Spark's Luggage Store. Her style as been described as fresh, innovative, cutting edge and just damn funny! No topic is off limits. It was this refreshing style that got her on Season Two of Last Comic Standing. She received rave reviews for her performance at the first Holy City Zoo production, "Zoology 101", in January of 2000. She has performed at the Kung Pao Kosher Comedy show, Funny Girlz with Renee Hicks and Elvira Kurt. She took second place in the 2001 Russian River Comedy Competition. She is the winner of the (2002) Russian River Comedy Competition.

Emily Heller - Chick
Emily Heller is a stand up comic and writer based in San Francisco. She has performed stand-up all over the country and is a regular at the San Francisco Punch Line. Festivals include Bridgetown Comedy Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest (2009-2011), and the Sacramento All-Sketch Festival. She has performed with comics such as Seth Meyers, Hannibal Buress, the Sklar Brothers,Tig Notaro, Natasha Leggero, John Mulaney, Fred Armisen, and more. She placed 2nd in the 2009 Bay Area Laugh Leader Competition and the 2009 San Francisco Women's Comedy Competition.

Ronn Vigh - Very Gay
Ronn Vigh, so-sexy-it's-difficult-to-not-jump-his-bones-while-he's-on-stage, brings his unique brand of comedy to clubs, colleges, and airport lavatories all over the world. His brash attitude and acerbic wit have earned him a comparison to a young Joan Rivers by SF Weekly. Well, if she were male, gay, and didn't shoot Botox by the pound.
He was featured on NBC's Last Comic Standing II and in 2005 founded and still produces the successful "Harvey's Funny Tuesdays" weekly comedy show at Harvey's in the Castro District of San Francisco. No stranger to the comedy club and alternative scene, he has hosted and performed at venues such as the San Francisco Punchline, Palm Springs Pride, 10th Annual Michigan ComedyFest, Rooftop Comedy's Out Loud Festival, Las Vegas Out Q Festival, Lake Tahoe Gay & Lesbian WinterFest, and the list goes on and on and on—much like when Ronn speaks.
His one man show "98 Pounds of Fury" enjoyed a successful run, he appeared in the Off-Broadway smash hit 10 Naked Men, tours with the show "A Fag, A Hag and A Drag" and has co-hosted live broadcasts such as the San Francisco GLBT Pride Parade for ClearChannel networks in 2008.
