About the readers/performers:

Amber Benson co-wrote and directed the animated web-series, Ghosts of
Albion, (with Christopher Golden) for the BBC. The duo then novelized
the series in two books for Random House. Her first solo novel,
Death's Daughter, was published by Penguin in 2009, and three sequels
featuring Calliope Reaper-Jones have since been published. She also
wrote a children's book called Among The Ghosts. As an actress, Benson
spent three seasons as Tara Maclay on the cult show Buffy the Vampire
Slayer. She has also written, produced, and directed three feature
films, including Drones, which she co-directed with Adam Busch.

Glen David Gold received his MFA for creative writing at the
University of California at Irvine. His first novel, Carter Beats the
Devil, has been translated into fourteen languages. His short stories
and essays have appeared in McSweeney's, Playboy, and The New York
Times Magazine. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, Alice Sebold.

Rachel Kramer Bussel is a New York-based writer, editor, blogger, and
event organizer. She's edited over 40 anthologies, including Best Sex
Writing 2012, Women in Lust, Fast Girls, Obsessed: Erotic Romance for
Women, The Mile High Club, Do Not Disturb: Hotel Sex Stories, and her
own fiction has been published in over 100 collections, including Best
American Erotica 2004 and 2006. She writes a biweekly sex column for
SexIs Magazine and has appeared on The Martha Stewart Show and The
Gayle King Show.

Malinda Lo's first novel, Ash, a retelling of Cinderella with a
lesbian twist, was a finalist for the William C. Morris YA Debut
Award, the Andre Norton Award for YA Fantasy and Science Fiction, and
the Lambda Literary Award. Her second novel, Huntress, a companion
novel to Ash, is an ALA Best Book for Young Adults. Her young adult
science fiction duology, beginning with Adaptation, will be published
in fall 2012.

Sarah Kuhn is the author of the geek romantic comedy novella One Con
Glory, which has earned kudos from io9 and USA Today/Pop Candy and is
currently in development as a feature film. Her work has appeared in
such fine publications as Back Stage, Geek Monthly, IGN.com, The
Hollywood Reporter, StarTrek.com, Creative Screenwriting, and The
Oakland Tribune. She was also featured on San Diego Comic-Con's
popular "Geek Girls Exist" panel in 2010.
