"Marga's Laugh Party" features jaw dropping jokers from comedy clubs and the art world and welcomes everyone with a sense of adventure and little or no rhythm. BIOS: Marga Gomez voted "Best Comedian 2009 and 2008" in the SF Bay Guardian. Her television appearances include LOGO'S "One Night Stand-Up" and HBO's "Comic Relief." Marga is a Latina who can't dance but loves to party. For much of her long comedic career Marga has noticed a lack of sexy music at comedy clubs, and at dance clubs she missed the laughs. "Marga's Laugh Party" is her attempt to create the perfect night by teaming up with Chelsea Starr one of the best club DJ's in the nation. DJ Chelsea Starr has graced the decks of gay and straight parties all over the country from "Club Boobytrap" in LA to "That's My Jam" in NYC. Chelsea was the founder of the south of market club "Hot Pants," the longest running lesbian dance party in the country. In 2009 SF Weekly named her "Most fashionable person in SF." In 2009 GONYC Magazine named Chelsea Starr one of "100 Women We Love." Marcella Arguello is the "finest export from Modesto since George Lucas." This hysterical glamazon has opened for SNL star Norm Macdonald and shared the stage with Paul Mooney. Audiences love the pairing of genuine reason with her sexy suggestion of street. Janine Brito known for her dry, witty matter of fact style, is a fast rising comedy sensation and winner of the 2009 SF Women's Comedy Competition. Lynn Breedlove is an international hero, comic and rock star. Lynn, the founder of the queer punk band Tribe 8, is back from a European tour of the gender bending provocative comedy "One Freak Show." A rare treat. Emily Heller is a comedian's comedian. She's the founder of "Boner Patrol" an all lady sketch troupe that has sold out many shows in San Francisco. Emily won first runner up in the 2009 SF Women's Comedy Competition and first runner up in the "Bay Area Laugh Leader Competition." She believes that winning isn't every thing. Tara Jepsen and Kirk Read are the hilarious co-hosts of the critically acclaimed series K'vetsh. Besides their comedic coupling they are also writer/performers with an impressive list of credits. Tara is bringing her latest show "Groomed For Success" to New York's Dixon Place on February 25th. Pippi Lovestocking: What can we say about this incredible trashy genius that she hasn't already revealed on the Jerry Springer Show. Pippi has also appeared on "Last Comic Standing,"is a favorite at Bay Area comedy clubs and is regarded by many as the life of the party. Ben McCoy has toured with Sister Spit and is the mega talented star of indie film "Face of God" Recent shamanic experiences have revealed that Ben's animal totem is Lindsay Lohan. Hey Girl! Natasha Muse is one of the funniest transsexuals the world will ever know. She first climbed on stage at Asia SF where she was known as "Ginger." Natasha has performed all over the Bay Area and won the placed first runner up in the "2009 Battle of the Bay Comedy Competition."
