Words Without Borders with Eduardo Halfon at Modern TimesWords Without Borders with Eduardo Halfon Tuesday 3.20: 7pm Modern Times Bookstore Collective Eduardo Halfon is a Guggenheim fellow awardee, recipient of the prestigious JosÉ MarÍa de Pereda Prize for the Short Novel, and was named one of best young Latin American writers by the Hay Festival of BogotÁ. Halfon will read a selection of short stories, presents by Words Without Borders, a nonprofit dedicated to the translations, publication, and promotion of international literature. Words without Borders is a nonprofit committed to publishing and promoting the best international literature. In addition to the free monthly online magazine, Words Without Borders has five print anthologies (http://wordswithoutborders.org/books) the most recent of which was the critically acclaimed Table & Pen: Literary Landscapes of the Modern Middle East.
