She performs with Sins Invalid , a project that produces work on themes of disability, sexuality, and social justice, and writes an advice column for make/shift, a feminist magazine that centralizes queer, anti-racist and international perspectives. Her band, nomy lamm & THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD, is a flexible platform for collaborations with musicians, poets, visual artists and filmmakers. TAMARA LLOSA-SANDOR - Sister Spit Spring 2007 - is a former news reporter now exploring the murky terrain between memoir and fiction. She holds an MFA in creative writing from Columbia University. Her first book, As Filipino As Fruitcake, may or may not be published by 2018. MARINAOMI - Sister Spit 2011- is the author and illustrator of the graphic memoir Kiss & Tell: A Romantic Resume, Ages 0 to 22 (Harper Perennial). BRONTEZ PURNELL - Sister Spit 2012 - is a writer (columnist for Maximum Rock N Roll and the creator of FAG SCHOOL fanzine) a musician (Younger Lovers, ex-Gravy Train!!!), dancer (Brontez Purnell Dance Company). An Alabama native Mr. Purnell has spent much of the last decade in sunny Oakland, CA where he plots and hangs out making all the underground music and dance happenings. He is a Cancer, has a fetish for left-handed people, is currently working on his debut novella "Johnny, would you love me if my dick were bigger?", and will attend Witch School next year. TEXTAQUEEN - Sister Spit Fall 2007, 2013 - Arlene TextaQueen is Australia's felt-tip super-heroine. She is best known for exposing real women un-dressed-up in accessories, poses and habitats of their own desire. Her 'Textanudes' of punk babes, burlesque beauties, transgender cowgirls and sunburnt camel wranglers have been shown widely and wildly in galleries with acronyms such as MCA, PICA, AGNSW, GSCAS, ACMI and GOMA, internationally in New York, Chicago, Portland (OR), Los Angeles, and Montreal as well as appearing as commissioned tapestries, animations, surfboards, billboards, calendar teatowels, and playing cards. KAT MARIE YOAS - Sister Spit Fall 2007 - is the author of several zines and chapbooks, most recently Born of the Three. her essays can be found in Not Another Wave: Dispatches from the Next Generation of Feminists and It's So You: 35 Women on Fashion and Style. Kat has performed her work throughout the US and Europe with the legendary troupe Sister Spit. She's currently at work on a one-woman show as well as her first novel.
