Moon salutation vinyasa (Chandra Namaskar) linking movement with breath, pranayama (breath regulation) and meditation techniques included. Candlelight and beautiful meditative music create a further deepening of the practice. Excellent for stress relief, grounding and creating balance. What a perfect way to experience the sun set and the rise of the moon! All levels welcome, beginner to advanced. Bring your mat, water bottle and friends! Benefits of regular yoga practice may include, but are not limited to: Greater body strength and flexibility, greater balance, increases in energy levels, a stronger immune system, decreases in stress and anxiety, more restful sleep and a greater overall sense of well-being. Donation-based - $10 suggested donation. No one turned away for lack of funds. About the Instructor: David Clark, CMT, RYT is a certified yoga instructor of "Deep Yoga". He studied under Laura Plumb and Bhava Ram, founders of the Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts in San Diego. David is a current Resident/Instructor at the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco. David is also a certified Massage Therapist specializing in Traditional Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Yoga Therapy. His business, 4d Bliss, is located in Dolores Chiropractic at 18th & Dolores in San Francisco.
