more details » Transcode programming intro workshop at SF LGBT Center On Saturday September 7, 2013, 11am-6pm, Transcode will be holding a special 1-day introductory workshop at The SF LGBT Center. It's Free and open to anyone who is eligible to apply to transcode (trans, genderqueer, gender non-conforming people), and will help you figure out if programming is something you want to learn. You can come whether or not you intend to apply to the longer Transcode class, but we highly recommend showing up if you do want to take the longer class. We'll cover what programming is, and the basics of programming in python. This will be a hands-on event, so bring a laptop if you have one (if you don't, that's okay, and we'll do our best to accommodate). Register today at Eventbrite.com!
