"Out of Sight" tells the story of a nearly-blind, opera-loving mother and her questioning, juggling, lesbian daughter as they try to "see" each other around their different experiences of Israel. Felder uses circus tricks, shadow puppets and a Jewish queer sensibility as she attempts to balance family loyalty, social justice and the Middle East conflict.
