This year, we are thrilled to present our first annual Altruism Award to Lisa Grotts. Lisa has been a supporter of SFSP for over a decade, she has participated as a volunteer, an event chair, a board member, and a contributor in many ways. Thank you, Lisa, for accepting this award. Chief Suhr, the head of the SFPD, will also be speaking at Laughs for Life. Laughs for Life is hosted in conjunction with the San Francisco Police Department, and we are thrilled to have Narsai David as our Honorary Chair of the event. Comics: Will Durst has been called by the New York Times “quite possibly the best political comedian working in the country today”. Lisa Geduldig is the creator, producer, and MC of “Kung Pao Kosher Comedy”. Shazia Mirza is a British comedian who has appeared on 60 Minutes, Last Comic Standing, and BBC’s “Have I Got News for You”.
