more details » San Francisco Suicide Prevention workshop atSF LGBT Center San Francisco Suicide Prevention is hosting a free community workshop on Saturday April 26, 2014 from 10:30am - 12:00pm in LGBT Center on 1800 Market Street. The free of cost workshop is designed to focus on suicide prevention in the LGBTQ Community. The workshop will cover myths and facts about suicidal ideation in the LGBTQ Community, how to recognize self-destructive feelings and behaviors, gain practical information on how to feel confident speaking to others in crisis, provide LGBTQ appropriate resources, and information on how to get more help.
