Eli Conley - http://www.eliconley.com/ Eli Conley is a Bay Area-based singer-songwriter with a voice that shifts deftly from country choirboy to soulful croon at the turn of a phrase. Steeped in Americana music and the singer-songwriter tradition, he crafts modern day folk songs for misfits from the raw material of his life as a queer man with Virginia roots. "Oh what gorgeous, soulful music!" raves roots musician Laura Love, "Eli Conley's writing and singing are exquisite." Eli is kicking off an East Coast Tour promoting his debut album At The Seams. He will be accompanied by fiddler & singer Koralie Hill. Elflock - http://elflockmusic.bandcamp.com/ As suggested by its namesake, the origins of Elflock's sound are a tangled mess. At times rustic and mellow, like campfire tunes at midnight, at times as frenetic as teenage punks in a re-purposed garage, the music is always driven by evocative melodies and rich arrangements, drawn as much from the world of the Romantic composers of Europe as from contemporary rock and pop music. Through the lyrics of Kevin Mason Hull, San Jose's Elflock creates dreamscapes of lush imagery, telling impressionistic stories peopled by circus folks, seasonal spirits, and wide-eyed protagonists swept away in awe of the world around them, blending the line between color and sound, and inviting the audience on a journey into the unknowable.
