Nomy Lamm and Forest Fringe at Counterpulse

Nomy Lamm: "hello! i'm working on a collaboration with Brian Lobel (http://www.blobelwarming.com/), who is here with the Forest Fringe Collective from the UK. we met each other on sunday, and have been spending time together, talking about our lives and how we approach art, creating something between us that is true to the desires that guide us. among these desires: to connect with audience members as individuals, to explore sound and song and the grieving process, to be sweet and earnest and also funny, to enjoy being in our bodies...

each of the Forest Fringe artists are pairing with someone local to create short collaborations, which will be performed this thursday evening at 8 pm at CounterPULSE. they will also be showing their own work in a microfestival on friday, saturday and sunday."
