Cousin Chris Show: While playing as a drummer in other bands,
songwriter Chris Schreiber honed other musical abilities, focusing
primarily on playing slide guitar, and composed melodies that weaved
together favorite musical influences. That music became Cousin Chris'
debut album Moon Paper, recorded in San Francisco, CA at Tiny
Telephone Studios between 2007 and 2008. The follow-up acoustic EP
Last Year's Youth in G was recorded at Expressions Studios in
Emeryville, CA and mixed at Studio 1510 by Leif Shackelford.

The music of Bias Tape is carefully crafted under the keen supervision
of Amal Bisharat as lead singer, songwriter, and
multi-instrumentalist. Having spent many years studying the vocal
techniques of the early baroque style, and earning her BA degree in
Vocal Performance in 1998, she brings a depth of vocal range and
ability to the indie/folk songs she writes. Other members include Tom
Huber on guitar; Bob Smolenski cello/ukulele; and Michael Russell on
drums.
