Writing about his new book from Manic D Press, "The International Homosexual Conspiracy," the SF Weekly called him "the Stephen Colbert of queer culture." He started the zine Holy Titclamps in 1989, and for over a decade has maintained the SF Bay Area queer cultural calendar Queer Things To Do aka SFQueer.com. He is Kirk Read's regular co-host at Smack Dab. All ages, all genders, all the time. If you'd like to perform at the open mic, please bring five minutes of whatever you want to share. Musicians, one song. Prose writers: that's about two and a half double spaced pages of prose.
